wouldnt of thought that adding another fuel filter will help as its already got 2 putting another one in would jus slow it down some more tbh have you already stripped the carb right down??? if theres no fuel getiing thru i would check that the float is ok and not bent in anyway and that the float needle isnt getting stuck check tht its not worn a grove on the rubber tip tht might cause it to get stuck,, jus check that every thing is within spec refer to the haynes manual as much as u can m8 theres one to download its a sticky on "usefull info" also check the gause filters in the tank and in the carb jus under the the feed pipe from tank

If you keep finding dirt in the carb, I suggest checking 2 things.

1. Take off the fuel tap to make sure the gauze filter is intact.
2. Change the fuel hose in case its breaking down. This is unlikely if its the normal black neoprene hose though.

The dirt's got to be coming from somewhere, these are the 2 most obvious things I can think of.

Hello cleaned all carb starts now

Erm , well it starts but only if i use the choke, other wise no hope even when warm. But i dnt have to hold it on can flick it off.

Going to

clean plug, even tho its new
give the carb and 100% strip deffo
more fuel , think its pretty low , and being funny
Set the power valve up, like the connects , and battery on

Took it up the road , and no joke the power valve is shut as im running electonic, but its not wired up , and it had some beans ,tryed wheelie in first gear :)

Think its coz its all fresh and im testing it up my little ,road witch police love to hassle me for just trying to do my bikes :(.But it felt, like lumpy ?

Going to put some other oil , just used that oil to clean after the re build
make sure its all tight ect
try get it ticking over .pump tyres up / then re test it :0

Also with out the power valve, will it be like a little bogy, could be as some tit drilled out the air box ?

Mate there is your problem as to why you need choke, Drilling airbox's is a very bad move and id seal it up however you can,
Your DT will definatly be boggy at lowish revs if the power valve is pinned

Done

Dnt you love it , when you do something that you think , that isint really going to do FOOK all , and it works.Rather then sit there

Ducked tapped the air box up, will use something better later on ~

Starts no choke now , ticks over , sounds different. Took a hole 15mins :)

Power valve , does that move thing when turns on , but when runnign doesnt really seem it working , moves some times ? new battery fitted aswell
