just got a gas gas last week of ebay on the the way home i stoped at a jetwash give it a little rev the bike made a sudden bang the engine stoped instantly with water coming from the head bolts upon inspection i find this the water from the head bolts was the result of the piston hitting the head and striping the 6 polts rige out of the head
the bike apears to have been verry well lokked after and gave no warning of the falure
lucly i have a spare crank shaft and barrel from from my gokart looks like that wont have an engine for a while just wating for gaskets then shoulf be all ready
Youve got to work out why this happened. From your description it sounds like water from the jet wash got into the engine. Make sure you dry the air filter out completely before firing it up again!!
