recently just rebuilt the top end gave everything a clean out cleaned the powervalve and jammed it fuly open in place this time BUT when i rev past 8k revs it seems to spluuter and hold back a fair bit never used to do this:(

got a full athena exhaust system on it altho i never had to rejet once i had fitted it could this be the source of my problem if so would it be a 260 jet id be looking for iirc 240 is standerd in a '03?

currently got -  powervalve jammed to 14bhp,  restricter block to spedo removed, snorkel removed, athena full system, rubber block on inlet chopped,  ypvs boost bottle choked.

seems fine to me ?  new inlet manifold should be here in the next couple of days and ordered 260 jetting aswell mix and match and see if chopping that inlet rubber was actually worth chopping off

It sounds like it might be running weak to me. I cant hear an air leak on the vid, but it must be something to do with your rebuild, especially if it was ok before. Check all joints on the inlet side and the boost bottles. BTW, I think  it sounded better at the end of the vid than at the beginning?
