Ta for the reply mate at least some one did, what i meant is, will it fit 04-07, because that kit is listed for 89-03. Im 99% 89-03 and 04-07 have the same clutch and fittings ect. but just need confirmation :)
I broke my clutch when adding a kickstart to my RE (had to take the clutch off to add the idler gear) and i put a 97 clutch and basket on and it was fine. So yes the old clutch will fit the newer bikes, but i'm not too sure on the heavy duty springs. I have only ever known a broke clutch spring on one bike and thats my 1981 DR400 lol
did this clutch kit fit in the end? just bought the clutch friction plates from weemoto and there wrong :@!! to top it off the damper ring is broken in half and the end friction is warped.
