Ah yea that would be a arc there trickey to weld very thin metal with as they burn through easy, trick is thin rods like 1.6m and about 25amps at the welder

Looks like u done well tho, have u fitted it? does it blow

Cheers m8 tell me about it pic 1 was how it was pic 2 was after a little blast with a welder pic 3 was what my welding looked like when id finished lol
then i got smaller rods an the job didnt come out to bad second time round.

got it on my road dt now for a tester an it all seems good

its this one m8 its pretty hard wearing stuff too, very easy to get a smooth coat so long as you get the area sanded up 1st

 its a primer an  paint all in one still looking pretty good even now 6 months on

done a bit of panel chopping  for a new look .

spoiled it a bit taking the black seat an recovering it in blue for my road one so this now has my well used old seat

want some cheap black waterproof faux  to recover this one now  like that stunner of a bike  would be nice but cant find the stuff

wish i owned that bike to m8 its off the poturgese site i just wana know what he used for the seat covering material looks like loinide basket weave

1st time out for the ol beast this year bleedin back brakes siezed up tho so had to be gentle on wheelie practise or wheelie fail practice i should say lol
