hi mate thanks for reply my dt dosent hav a speedo it bin took of as the lights to frend of the famaly bougt it new n never used it i got it with plastic on seat still ruber hears on wheels it a 2000 model feels prity fast but when i rev the ypvs dose not move at all n theres no proper pul at end of the gears it dose go prity fast tho been stuk for a wile the guy i bought it of sead it dun no more than 700 mile i dident beleeve till i saw how sparkaling it was lol kicked firs time runs smoth just no band and on the fame it says made in japan ? then a french stiker on the back mud gourd would be grate to hav this sorted thanks gaz
and yes i have alined it first ting i did lol but when i turn key somtimes i hav to woble the bike b4 it moves freely cleening its self or what ever it dose what my rob is will it not be couse of the wires for head light speedo n that has bin cut the wires cut to the black tube case but kill and key ok
power valve dose cleening sycle but dosent open when i rev coz its french dont now what is stoping it plz help

theres a wiring diagram in the manual its not to hard to follow cos i managed it i remember sky blue wires went to the meter lights yellow with red - and a brown wire to the kill switch yellow black - ypvs small yellows an blacks to the headlight just a rough from memory tho m8 dont quote me on it ya best checking the wiring diagram out thou its well helpfull an will be pretty easy to sus as your only working with the front end wiring anyway
did this year bike have the reed switch behind the clocks if so cutting the wires would put the bike in limp mode ..this could explain the cleaning cycle working but no joy at higher revs ..just a thought it might help might not ...just puttin it out there
thats what i think its now in limp mode is thare a way round it now its not there ? and my battary is **** servo turns bit slow when turn key on twitches a bit to but dose not move a bit when i rev still gose fast over took a car that was goin 60 got past prity quik
Tht diagram is a million times easier to understand! Is tht out of the newer hardback Haynes manual? Iv got the older Haynes one and the wiring diagram is a ****er , there's not little pics n words tellin u wats wat , on mine it's pure symbols n numbers n I have to flick forward a few pages for the legend , not fun atall!
