ok cheers mate but does it matter if its got thermostat or not lol i put new one in there 2 weeks ago but just wondering if it makes a difference

unless its sticking no it shouldnt affect the probs you have right now

as its new it should be ok

still blimeycry

did you check the colour of your spark plug???

as it could be mixture overheating it not the cooling system

let us know the colour

last on i took out was black and would that really make it over heat

no i would say white and your looking at a lean mix but as its black id say a little rich mix

so nowhere near as bad

this one has me stumped ...

ok when you flushed all the hoses did you flush the metal water pipe that runs under the exhaust port???

my mates one had loads of ****e in there and it was flowing realy slowly

did you flush the rad BACKWARDS

and is the coolant diffinatly flowing around the engine???

right yh flushed every thing through and it seems like it now it is now getting really hot at radiator now like steaming

ok sounds like its flowing then

this might be a silly question(it happens tho) but did you put the gasket in with the letters

"up" facing upward ,sorry bud just trying to sus this one out as its got my mind going

you probs did this but i cant think of much else at the mo

il let you know if i do smile

irratic firing can do all this to a dt

do you have any mates you can borrow a cdi from just to check yours is ok

if not  check your woodruff key as they sheer and throw the timming out

dont know if you can get the flywheel off ..or if you would have to get someone to remove it for you but this would need to be removed to check the woodruff

ahhhhh its such a shame as its gonna cost a mint to have the garage guys look at  it.. coz they gonna be doin everything we already looked at and they gonna charge you

right found out wat it was it was temp senda sending faulse reading it is staying at 70 degrease lol thanks for every ones help
