Power Valve (ypvs) Bacwards?????????

Just got cylinder rebored and put the bike back together, when i first got the bike the power valve never moved when reved but it did its cleaning thing. Now the power valve works but goes clockwise and not anti-clockwise when reved like it should! Tryed swaping the cables around but that didnt work.

Bike is 2002

Cylinder code: 3MB00

Cylinder head cover: 3BN-Y1

Frame sticker number under coolant bottle: 3RMJ-050

White sticker on back fender: English  3HP-21568-00

Frame stamp: *XJADE031XXXXXXXXXXXXXX.

Ive looked through the forums but nothing helped. Bike has reed switch but its still in. But a white replay beside the coolant bottle is missing. Could that be retarding the powervalve?

PLEASE HELP

Am I right in saying, (Please someone correct me if I am wrong) the servo wires should be crossed and not go straight up??

So as it stands now, your number 1 wire on the left at the bottom should go into the right side at the top, and number 2 wire goes to the left at the top so the wires cross in the middle!!!!!

When i got the bike the cables from the servo went...

1 on the servo to 2 on the pully

2 on the servo to 1 on the pully

I already tryed 1 to 1 and 2 to 2. But didnt try swaping the different size cables. But then wouldnt the clean cycle would be in reverse? On other peoples bike the cleaning cycle goes clockwise then back to anti-clock wise to the hole. Then their valve moves anti-clockwise when reved like it should. Why should mine be any different?

Im thinking the cables are the correct way, but something insted is retarding the power valve causing it to go in reverse when reved. Because when the key is turned the cleaning mode is correct. clockwise then anti-clockwise back to the little centreing hole. If the cables were the wrong way round the cleaning mode would be in reverse. lol i told you it was really confusing haha

IM A TOTAL FU*KING IDIOT!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I just went back out and tryed the bike again. Guess what? The YPVS goes the correct way, but.........only when you rev it past 7000rpm. So no cable swaps are needed. But it still looks a bit funky the way it moves. It goes from clockwise at 2000rpm to more clockwise at 4000 rpm to even more a 6000 rpm. But when you hitt 7000rpm it swings right back around anti-clockwise to the little centering hole opening the power valve fully. I will make a video tomorrow as i cant rev the bollox off the bike at this hour, too many stuck up ratty neighbours who like to call the cops haa.
