Hi I have recently bought a dt 125 lc2 ,1987.I used to have one of these when they came out new (showin me age now!).The power valve mod then was to reset it fully open,this was before the power vavle was controlled by a servo. Is it poss to put a servo on this year and if so what wires am I lookin for, there are a couple of spare connectors in the loom ?? not sure if these are to accomodate the servo.I would be grateful if any one could advise before I buy all the servo set up and waste my money .Cheers .
will have a better look tmrw ,might be limited space for the cables on the near side with the exhaust runnin down that side,whethr it'll go on the o/s errmm dunno will have t look better at it all.how is the servo triggered is it off the rev counter ?It's all new to me.I'll also have a look on the rd site cheers.
it can be off cdi or by a separate powervalve controler, or even a servo with built in controler, most likely to be a separte controller on that age of bike
