doesn't sound like its seized then. wen my last one done it the kicker was stiff as. I would check with some of the other guys on here what it could of been
Clever boy.. Make some pre-mix and chuck it down into the cylinder through the sparkplug hole (a little bit too much oil is better then not enough) Then once you've filled the 2 stroke bottle up adjust the pump to allow abit more then usual 2 stroke oil, That's what I would do in your situation...
personally I would whip the head off and check barrel n piston but that's just me. what gincat said sounds like a GD idea tho, lube it up lol. or if u don't wanna adjust pump just pull on pump cable, that's what Haynes says wen u drain it
yeah steve i need a good slap on the wrist. and dave i think ill do that buy the stuff first :) but yeah ill try adjusting the pump for a little wile let have a few blue puffs xD
but yeah i was just out testing it after a new plug and when it happened i fort i not put plug in right so i took the wire off and put it back on and carried on about 50 yeards down laithes lane and it happened again so pushed it back on way i clicked on :/

Damnnn :( What oil you using anyways? Not the £2.50 stuff from the garage I hope.. I doubt it's done any/little damage, I ran my 1997 a few times without any 2-stroke oil (the pump didn't work and I was trying to get it working) Started it up about 5-6 times in the same afternoon too and after I ran it back on pre-mix it ran as it should with no noticeable loss of compression or power..
And don't worry about it, just drop us a message when you can come up and I'll let you know if I'm free
haha naa i get full synth all time xD ran the race grade stuff a few times too but **** that cant be paying that much out all time £13 is enough for me :)

id personly pull the head and bore off and give it a check then rub some 2t around the bore and piston and rings then put it all back on put some 2t in the the petrol then start her up fill the 2t bottle aswell keep puting it into the petrol untill you notice the 2t botle going down.
my mate let his run out and it wouldent run he fillted the bottle and it started and still working
Dont forget guys the piston is not the main thing that the oil is there to lube, the oils main job is to lube the bottom end bearings, it only goes in the fuel because there is no other way to get it into the crank case apart from that, if there is anything damaged the piston will be the smallest problem that he has, most of the damage has been done piston down, drain the coolant, remove the entire barrel and look down into the crankshaft, that way you will be able to check the bore, the piston and the crank without having to buy a new head gasket, pre mix some oil and petrol and spray it into the crankcase with a household mister, let the petrol evaporate and rebuild, then you can try again, if the piston is damaged you will dee it on the sides of the piston, not from the top only.
