Yes and no, you cannot mix fully synthetic oils with any other type of oil, so yes you can use it but you have to clean the other oil out of the autolube system first, they could react with each other, what you should do is mix a little of both oils together in a glass first and see if they react with each other, if they don't then fine but if they do bad news because you will have to drain.

To be completely honest fully synthetic 2 stroke is not really needed and is a bit of a waste of money on a DT, the only reason it is used by racers and Cagiva Mito's etc is because of the nikasil plated barrels, the sulphur in modern petrol degrades the nikasil coating and fully synthetic two stroke oil protects it, I never used fully synthetic 2 stroke and really hammered my bike, I went from North Wales to York and back on it a few times plus all the offroading that I used to do on it and after a rebore because of cheap oil (I was poor lol) I only ever ran Castrol scoot semi synthetic, when I stripped the engine I expected it to look like crap inside but it was really clean and there were no signs of considerable wear in the engine, just the usual stuff that you would expect but the choice is up to you.

hahaha no way, well like I said, mix a bit with the oil you are using now and you will see if they work together, I wouldn't use it fully, if it will mix with your oil in the test sample then yeah add a bit to your petrol tank but remember not to over lube or you will clog everything up.

It depends what you are using it for. If it used extensively for high speed running then it could be ok. The problem is that it is messy and will gum the PV up very quickly unless you are running flat out. The other problem is that when mixed with petrol it starts to go off after 12 hours, so you could be lacking lubrication when starting from cold until fresh petrol/oil is worked through the engine. Apart from that, it one of the best oils there is!

If you just add a shot to your petrol tank it will be fine, you will get the smell but that's about it and still be running with normal oil on the autolube, plus the castor oil will last for ages that way, like I said before though you need to mix them together and see if they react with each other, I wouldn't use it by itself though (I didn't make that clear before sorry). Like dingle said it will gum up very quickly, my dad had a Lambretta when he was young, he told me about how it was a pain in the backside because he had to de-coke it nearly every other month.
If I were you I would save it for those days when you go offroading with your mates or for the weekend, that way its a novelty and you pretty much know that you are going to use it rather quickly. By the way dingle I didn't know that it had such a short life after mixing it, I learn something new again.

Yes, the usual thing to do was to put any unused mixed fuel in the tranny van at the end of a race weekend for the trip home. Didnt get many cars overtake us as they were all enjoying the fumes lol

you can mix fully synthetic and part synthetic if needs be, the only oils you cant mix are mineral and synthetic based oils, as they react and create a sludge that blocks everything up.

im pretty sure thats correct anyway as i have used semi and fully synthetic in a ped fine

Correct!! As the man says, don't mix Mineral and Synthetics, the easier way to get a nice smell is to just add one cap full of Castrol R40 to a full tank of petrol, I used to do it on my RG 125 Gamma back in the days. If you want to use Castrol R on injector mix I wouldn't recomend it, it will gum up your rings after a few 100 miles. The properties of castor based oils are better than Synth IMO, thats why racers use it, BUT You will need to do more frequent top end rebuilds.
