The flow rate is set and can't be adjusted so whatever comes out of it is all you're gonna get. It should be a constant flow with no air bubbles. Don't leave the pipe off the inlet manifold too long cos you'll sieze it up.
It shouldn't be loads - the pipe just fits onto the stub attached to the inlet manifold. The 2 stroke oil then gets sucked intot he engine from there. When it's running and hot, if you get a bit of smoke out of the tail pipe then it'll be fine.
