In theory I would have thought yes, but also there must be a reason for min and max on the bottle too, and the other thing is if you see coolant in your bottle, you definately know your rad is full, whereas empty you're just guessing the rads full

ok. never knew it was marked since it's a mud block. restoring a field use one to road use that's all.
Thank you, Will add coolant and warm bike up in a few days and keep eye on levels.
Ok so having a look at the tank it is sealed with something black. Looks like it has never been used . There is no lid or anything to open to put coolant in.
can't see pic mate, use edit resize image in paint and make it 40% from 100%, but I wouldn't worry too much about not working, I ve a Motorhispania out back just has an overflow tube from the radiator cap, that runs into an empty red bull can, just means you need to open the radiator cap and check the level in the rad now and again is all. Totally your call.
One thing I do suggest though if you do get a decent one fitted is to change the top on it, as they tend to pop off either through pressure or crap fitting, that one on mine is off a speedfight oil tank, I had knocking about.

Ok i have added the smaller pic now. I kept an eye on RAD and it was always the same level. I think i prefer to have a tank just for extra piece of mind.
