by the looks of it you can un screw 3 screws and take the stator of its bracket if this is the case i can screw my stator from the 1990 on the the stator bracket from the 03 providing there the same bracket behind the stator

yes the link you just showed me are them brackets the sames the 90 - 03 if so i can unbolt my stator and chuck it on the 03 bracket

yes as you can see on both , the pick up sits on its own bracket then is screw to the main stator bracket yes ?
its the top bracket we can see on the pick up i have broken not the main bracket its self that the stator sit on

ah i see does the picup look the same on the newer one or older one as they look diffrent

might have to get a new picup then m8, but although diffrent still may work ur just have to try
