clutch lifter oil seal

hi guys , has any one changed the clutch lifter oil seal, do i need to dismantal the whole cultch or can i just pull the clutch arm out to change the seal?

dont think any here has ever had to change one m8, best bet is to look it up in the haynes manual m8y

if i remember rightly the seal is seperate to the arm so i think you might have to take the casing off, dont hold me to it tho as im not 100% sure!

tryed that only mentions the clutch lifter arm seal when doing a full clutch dismantle, not to worry will give it a go with out doing the clutch, and if it doesnt work then dismantle the whole thing.

just a wee update guys

replaced the seal today it was as easy as pie just pulled the leaver arm out and replaced the seal, i am glad I didnt need to split the case.
