taking off clutch gone wrong...

right where to start, decided to put my kick start on and to put my idle gear on clutch has to come off,
first took of crank case put bike into 6th gear starting taking of the scrwes, undone 1, then went opposit only doing 1 turn at a time, and then doing 1 screw and it shot out at me, spring basically cut to top off the screw.. really dont know what to do and scared to do another one haha 

any ideas please ?

I can't the spring has snapped the screw, so even if i get the other 4 off, I wont be able to get the other one out ...

hmm well if the screw has snapped in the basket and you dont either get the scew out of replcae the cltch basket you clutch will slip all then time :/

okay cheers, found out person before me must of cross threaded... other 4 came off fine going to take it to the garage to have it double checked any problems though ill let you know thanks for the help!!

if the head of the bolt has come off then the little spring would of come off yea? the bolt thread should be protruding out wen u take the center part out should be easy to m8 just need a new bolt to put in after

just get a pair of molegrips and stick them on the bolt and replace the bolt, shouldnt be seized as it protected from everyday ****e

ye, the spring shot out at me haha taking the head of the screw out, when i took it to the garage then just swapped the cases made everything easier :P also found out my clutch case was quiet badly worn out inside, took it for a spin today though snow came and i slipped, think i've flooded it :(
