as title says i derestricted my front pipe a few years back but when i welded it back together i was slightly out and the rear part of the front pipe pushes quite hard on to the inside of my dep rear silencer and has melted away the outside of pipe which joins to the front pipe and i,ve gone through three dep rear silencers in 2 and a half years so my question is would a 1998 standard front pipe with the restriction at the very front of the pipe fit on to a 2003 dtr so i do not have to cut the pipe in half like the last one and just cut the three small welds on the 98 pipe
