so got it all back together and runs the same

no choke no run

thinking its my rh side crank seal now as i put a std one in single lip, when its a double special one by the look of it lol

so gonna change that see how it goes, that would explain the oily plug and every thing else coverd in the engine, not smoking bad tho thats what made me think seal was ok

gonna change it ina bit disbelief

never had one leak on rh side b4, always bathed in oil so keeps em supple, never looked at the oem seal when i pulled it out so just re-fitted a normal one, checked every thing else it could be re sealed every thing so only thing it can be is that plus tranny oil was low when drained it and all piston and crank n bore was oily as fook

will start but not easy and not with out choke, thewn boggy as hell with plug wet fru.....is that how urs has been mate

when i bought my bike i drained trans oil then left it for about a week and half so mine must have dried out and it hadnt been turned over in a about a month.

theres a little bath of oil right at the bottom of crank, when i turn it over i can see all the oil dripping off it, smells like 2 stroke and petrol though.

at first mine started second kick when the seal went and its got slowly worse, now it starts forth or fifth kick, wont run without choke and it revs to 4k on choke, its started to sit there a while when i turn choke off and it just dies.

plugs been wet everytime i took it out, ive changed the left hand seal and tightened eveything from the airbox to the head.

so may pull one out other bottom end iv got to try not take long to change, there £25 from yamy furious so try b4 i buy ha

i got this one cum 2day http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/190491549859?ssPageName=STRK:MEWNX:IT&_trksid=p3984.m1439.l2649#ht_1226wt_1037

yh man they are alot, im gonna go with fowlers and see if they can sort it out a bit cheaper

you could test it with some petrol, put quite a bit on the seal and see if any soaks through.

i know this is how you test if valves are leaking

im gonna get a 4dl cylinder for mine and a wossner piston to go. ive just a prox conrod for it because my big end bearing and small ends are shot. its got a tzr 2rh conrod in there right now lol, the **** one that cant handle any power form what ive been told

yh man im doing it all myself except for fitting the conrod to the crank and reboring

ive got clutch off and taken cylinder off, just having trouble getting the bolt on the right side crank off.

i broke the pieces off wood i used to lock the crank.

think its been locktighted so gonna use a bit heat on it first

abit of heat wont hurt tho mate

its a normal thread mate.

also ive have the same problem before with it only running on choke, plug wet with oil etc

mine turned out to be a worn bush that sits over right side cranckshaft and sits in the crank seal.

ran fine after that.

right just got locked up hopefully when its day light i can fire it up, just had a good few hours sorting everything(hopefully)

removed the "new seal" i put in on rebuild the wrong one and fitted an oem one i had in another bottom end, got some other new seals and put there springs on it, and used the best bushing ,it was a nice snug fit 2, so hopefully that will be the end of the problems

i hope
