evenin all

so heres where were up to with the bike

noticed its got 3mb head  & barrel on it aswell so bonus there

new chain & sprockets 16-55

air filter 

spark plug

ht lead & cap

servo adjusted & oil pump

new gbox oil

putoline 2t oil

reed switch removed

mini indicators fitted

servo trick switch mounted on bars

fat bars to be collected & fitted monday

trick clutch perch with a longer lever

lenthened shifter

stand extended

jack up links

fork oil added

 plenty more to be gettin on with

 

off out at dinner time tomorow let the thing breeth and see what she duz

So whats the crack with the 3mb head mate. Have I missed something?

i only noticed earlier 3mb barrel and head

bonus it runs higher compression the 3mb cyl head pal

So do not all DT's run the 3MB head and cylinder?

 

The 3MB are better are they.

 

I just noticed the other week you were selling them and then I saw it on my bike and was like Hmm

Then you said bonus its got the 3MB.


So i'm assuming its a good thing.

Think my RE had a 4 something or other lol, Really didn't pay attention to it

And NORFE pics of the trick switch, and the bike as it is now without the payphone box sized indi's on lol

yes the 3mb has better portin so im told and the 3mb head is different for higher compression, higher compression meens a more powerfull explosion on ignition, its not much but is different

ill go take some pics now post em ina mo pplsmile

heres a few quick picks

as u can see in put a front fender on it ufo sm

dep system, dinted but not as bad as the last one, got it for free aswell so cant moan

indicators swapped

gon ever it from top to bottom torqued every fin up as it should be

going out on it at about dinner time  wen the mrs gets up

magnito is with my mate at his shop ready for the laith

i drilled the rivets out and its actually  the outer magnetic part thats riveted to the plate not other way round.so no good  will have to just lighten the outer edges cut off what we can

back end with stubby flashers

dep fitted

ufo sm front fender

front end

braaaaaaaaaaaaaap ring ding smile

yes mate irish plate ,till v5 comes back posted it today so shud be here in a few week

theres a switch iv now remounted on the handle bar that turns the servo power feed off when ever u feel the need

but whats the point? if you have the servo then its better then haveing it off and to turn it off youll need to switch the bike off so you dont blow the servo up. and the engine look quite clean XD

Yeah that's the idea. You can swtch it off when ifs open to save you disconnecting it.
