I got my front pipe derestricted today cost £35 and worth every penny. Wow what a difference ballistic to say the least! I,ve got one more restriction to do the one in the air intake to the carb. I got 80mph against the wind just need a downhill run with the wind behind me now lol.

All the air intake restriction is crap m8 and just ruins the runing / setup of the engine.......... EVEN IF YOU CHANGE THE JETTING

I've had 85 on my dtx slightly down hill...the accuracy of the speedos is certainly lacking something to be desired though...

80MPH on the satnav
Would it have gone more? Yes
Would I push it anymore? Would I bollocks, was screaming louder then a cat getting it's arse fisted!

But feel free to keep at it, when it blows up I'll have no sympathy in your "help I've blown up my bike" thread

How does it show how much quicker they will go if you didn't actually go lol

Try again on a longer road and you'll find that in top gear between just over 3/4 to WOT there won't be any speed increase just engine noise
