I love all that ,degrees of rotation per spark timing, port timing ,I live for this kinda thing, have you worked out the squish size with Perspex and all that or just near on with the volume etc????.....you should get away with elongating the stator bolt holes so you can advance the timing etc keep up th great work dude

bit of bearing confusion, the blaster crank came with 1 koyo bearing the same as the original dt one and another one with a smaller O/D, but the crank seals are identical to the dt,
i have contacted a bearing company and there database shows the wr200 and dt125r bearings are 17mm wide, but the one that came with the crank is 16mm like the original,
so i gave them the part number and they said the 17mm will be correct for both bikes, has anyone else had this happen?
not sure if the extra 1mm will even be a problem so im giving it a try, the koyo bearings only £6 ish
no there wrong am sure the bearings need to be 16mm wide or the cases wont meet and the crank will be solid
been here done that plenty times lol
there specials and ull need them, not the 17mm 1s, the 1st part number is same 6205 is it...then its got a number/letter after it wich denotes the 16mm wide spec
