Got them off eBay mate they are called uniko vented

You talking about the hand guards nev? Sadly not or I would have sprayed the white black and kept them. Nearly evey other colour has the vents in black but the blue ones are in white :(


And lol ene you don't the whole ride had fail written all over it :p although it was a laugh, attemp 2 soon!

Took some parts to work to shot blast, going to do them all gloss black

 

 

 

Stripped down the top end so may as well throw some pictures in

 

 

 

 

No idea what needs doing to the barrel, not worth putting it back together for it not to work right cry

But so right!


Anyway, shot blasted more parts and painted them up








Then got some fork socks, ended up cutting them too short :(






+ Some black levers




Done loads of other things, cleaned everything up but isn't really worth having pictures of. Ordered the first oversize piston kit but took 5 days to send and ended up getting a standard one.


So maybe done in two weeks, really don't know

Just think with black levers it will look better without, said I would sell them to a mate so if I do get anymore I will just get the plain blue uniko ones - don't like the white vents would be nice if they were black

10 tens after I bought em I still didn't receive them. I messaged the bloke and said look mate whats the crack. Then had to ring him. Eventually he said O yeah Acerbis don't sell em any more! I was like WTF what has it taken 10 days of you having my money. A email and a phone call for you to realise that. He said he'd send me these instead.

I'm going to wait another 10 days. If I don't receive anything I'll release a post on here saying avoid seller. But he seems like a small business man and bad publicity could tuin him so i'll give him the benefit of the doubt.
