I reckon:

When doing the chain and sprockets, seriously consider the 520 conversion kit mate. will make it look the dogs.

http://www.bandcexpress.co.uk/

Don't bother with the LED indicators mate. Cause you'll need the correct relay. It's a bit of a hassle tbf. If you still want to faff around with all that then be my guess. personally 02 indicators look shķte. I really like the DTX clear oval indicators.

I'd get DEP mate. I didn't think the pipe on DTR's were that restrictive.

Regardless it will look as sick as fook with D&D graphics and Chrome DEP :)

yea it was just the price on the Dep thats putting me off but ill save up and get one £250 is alot spesh when ive just order that shopping list of about £400 hahaha ill stick with standard till next month then bam DEP it is think ill get Bradderz to stubby it if it iz bradderz cant remember off top of my head looks well better specialy when you cut the rear side plastics

what is the 520 conversion mate ??? whats difference im new to all this i just ordering standard chain and sprockets coz the ones on bike are a tad rusty ect

Picking it up Tamorrow ordering all ma parts tamorrow managed to grab some plastics off phillipe from portugal should look sweet when ive finished undecided how to cut the rear plastics i have seen one of the portugal lads has cut it like some of the english guys so it curves with the hpires rear fender but hes cut an extra slit in so it sort of spikes looks cool dono if it will look cheesy though

Looks nice :)

When cutting the plastics I would do a little at a time, and see when it looks right better than going all out and making them too small then you have to buy new ones again

The only reason mine came out like is that on the other side the expansion tank shows if you cut it any less, it's really growing on me I was going to relocate it but can't be arsed lol

Nice hand guards they are always a massive improvement

With the headlight, is there a gap between the forks and headlight? With mine you can see all the wires so it kind of sucks, guess it's because the clocks are so massive as well thinking of getting either yours or a halo

What are the front and side plastic, just direct replacements?

Also how did you manage to wire the lights off the battery? not that it's difficult but just want to work out the easiest way to do it without much hassle. Was going to do it myself a couple of months ago but haven't found the time.

Well the guy that had it before me just ballsed all wiring so i cleaned it all up and followed a diagram off here take the red yellow out of light block and tap into brown on ignition extensing all the wires to give some room

yea was realy easy i spent £4 on electricle supplies some block connectors some extra wire and some insulation tape unplugged all wires and tidied them all up then re directed the brown into the red/yellow job done works 100 times better than off the stator ,

nipping down garage today to finish off putting chain and sprocket on then i got some fork seals off a dtx to go on and a jack up kit hopefully ill get all that on tonyt.

need to clean my wheels and hubs up but they come up quite easy.

also phillipe sent me am essage because i spent so much hes sent me a free set of yamaha stickers haha cant argue with £10 worth of free stickers ;)

bikes looking good now was cleaning engine with tooth brush haha hate having manky dirt on it , because some people decide a bike never needs to be cleaned lol douches. ill take loads of piccys tonyt lads and upload them all tamorrow or tonight depends when a get home :D

looks clean ..

one point dude comeing from some one who grew up on a sink estate .....hide your reg plate .... googlers in your area may copy /clone the reg to use on stolen or off road dtr.s for running red lights or speed cameras ... and if they read its tax tested and insured can stop them getting pulled over by police ...
