can anyone give me pictures or just let me know the best steps to take when fitting new dog bones thanks guys mine are on the way no idea how to fit them

It's pretty straight forward. Have you got an undermount support for your bike to rest on. You can't use a paddock cause the swingarm will drop.

no i dont i have a paddock stand like you said i could just put a board on the paddock stand to hold the swing arm up

so i take it when i undo the bolts i have to keep the swing arm sat where it is ( if i have help can they not hold the rear wheel just while i put the new dog bones on or am i simplifying a problem here ?

You need to support it under the frame,a milk crate works if you don't have anything else,or an old wooden box/speaker box etc

nice one lads ill get that fitted tonight my bikes coming along allryt now once i cleaned all the crap off it and took al lthe rust off she looks half decent once all the new parts are on bam she should look the dogs ;)
