just ordered head gasket, reed gasket, 4 cylender/exhaust nuts, radiator house and induction bottle thats me £62 lighter *sighs* nvm will be worth it when done

£200 that it its going to cost me more then that to get my rims painted =[ lol spend about £150 on the lanza already without the bike price and still about 1k from wear i want it to stand lol

Not 100% but in the region of £130-£150, and you'd be over 245cc btw, I used the piston volume, and didn't allow for the bore clearance of 0.06mm added.

You keeping to the standard bore Toy? or maybe try and take it to somewhere near the 250 mark?

leave it as it is atm mate when i blow it up ill get a rebore lol been told its going to have a nickel bore or something so will probably have to get it re sleeved =]

Well by my reckoning you can get an 8mm oversize Wossner DT200R piston, would take you to 244.65cc.



And aye yer right with the Nicosil plated bore.

One option is having it re sleeved so you can re bore. about the same cost of nikasiling at about 125 quid.

Nev, Does that make much of a difference. When I took the reed block out of my bike the reed stops were all difference lengths away from the reedblock itself..

Aye they oughta be the same both sides really, those petals look a tad nibbled from the photo Toy, are they? if so change them to the carbon race HY-TECH ones or Boyesens, both the same but HY-TECH are cheaper. The 200 reed stops are either further from the block as standard or someones already moved them to 12mm, as I'm sure the 125 ones are around 7-8mm
