HI just wondering if anyone knows what gasket I need for my dt. Its a 2006 bike with a earlier front pipe on, not sure what year the pipe is off, all i no is the mountings are different than the 2006 one that should be on. Are all the gaskets the same? Also the rubber connecting pipe joining the front pipe to sillencer doesnt seem right as its very loose, so anyone no what one i need for there. Thanks
Yeah all dtrs and dt125REs/x's use the same exhaust gasket, buy one off eBay for the dtr, not the copper ring type tho, the other one ;) as for the rubber joiner need to use two jubilee clips either side to seal it to prevent it blowing, ensure you get the right size tho so that it can go over the exhaust pipe and rubber securely, if you've never heard of them before you can get them in halfords, b and q, most garages etc.
