Word of warning mate, get he paint off the chain guard, the second you start it up it will spoil your bling chain. And then look crap afterwards. Painted mine then almost learnt the hard way.
Perfect time to re-route the loom too, to the right side it's so much easier
Cheers m8 did have that thought on the chain guards to as soon as id done them.
looms fitted down the right as you said loads easier , in good condition to not a bad buy for 14quid posted it seems complete minus the lighting blocks . not an issue though as im using aftermarket front an rear lights anyway.
front brake finall still need a tidy
pretty much there proper fitament of the rear wheels still needed then just lights, swiches ,ignition , indys, tail tidy , number plate, an a new chain an sprockets maybe a few other little bits
Haha i know seiki m8 im already like that with my other one it usually gets parked in view,So when i go in a shop or post office i can keep an eye on it..
blue an white must be my colours anyway i used to always wear white an blue all the time.
phil
them wheels m8 were of a tdr but not a straight forward fit at all like the spoked ones iv had to use the tdr forks an make up sleeves to make the forks fit an the back wheel needs bored out a bit yet to take dtr bearings

Mate! That's a real mission to do that! Why not use the original bearings and use the TDR Spindle.

Already tried that m8 it means id need a tdr swingarm and rear brake mount aswell. i want it so i can change back an fourth as i love a good dirtbike but want an sm kit aswell
no worries m8 an yeah ya dont half miss a dirt bike when you cant do dirt. recieved a few more parts so were off again
dirty spokes
30 mins dremmel wire brushing later
better
Led tail tidy
gone for a yz tail an a bit of chopping instead of the hipres fender everbodys got them now wanted to try an be a little different,, wish id left another half inch on it tho to use the frames original bolt holes
fits ok tho nice an solid
Fitted an refitted the seat cover again to pull out the crease id left but the shadow of it remains should dissapear now over time
rear brake switch done
As you can see the blueseat covering minus the crease and tank are not original yam but there pretty damn closeish . Now to just wait on more bits

Think you've ended up with a DTRE rear brake light switch though, might be why your having problems with it.
Thanks lads thats good to know i love the yz's too when is all done ill be loooking to either sell or swap this or my road dtr to fund the buying of a yz400 or wr426, I will still keep on a dt for the collection tho.
few bits to go an its done got some led indys with inbuilt resistors all good no flash rate issues , the number plates on its way,,
So one front brake light switch needed a good battery maybe i should slip on a non motorcross rear tyre too for mot sake.
no i had got the brake light up an running ok the brake switch is ok , what i cant seem to get right it one rear light or indy is always on no matter whether i have the handlebar switches set to on or off , front end wise the switches are all good so theres something wrong in my wiring somewhere im sure of it
