front brake bled, put the 520 chain etc on, started her up and went for little ride in the garden.

Clutch seemed nice and light-no slipping etc -all good

Vapor speedo seemed to be working right :p

Engine didnt seem to bad, little spluttery-but expected.

Brakes seemed good, forks seemed ok-no issues there

After approx 1hr of so of running- had oil/fluid leak around flywheel cover again?? took off and seems small amount of fluid inside(very small) doesnt seem like oil though, slightly more fluid-like? not sure what the issue is? might pass once bike is up and running for few more hrs?? any ideas?

Brake lights, headlight, indictaors, horn all work as should. -just need to tidy the wiring up and get some wrapping for it to tuck out of way. and a rear tyre as this one is bald!!

Well waiting for flywheel puller which should be here monday now.. bought a dep backpipe yesterday £15.. had a previous repair to it but for price gotta be worth it? Only thing is the end that goes into front pipe has broken short , still fits on with adequate coverage, but worried that may leak or blow?if i tighten over the rubber pipe , will they be sufficient to stop leaksmor any other ideas? Thought about getting small diameter pipe approx 1 inch long and having that on then into both ends?
Wiring being completed tomorrow , getting tidied up and heat shrunk .. still need a tyre though for rear, anuone know cheapest place to try?thanks

1.9?

Hope that's 1.9p lol. If your saying 1900 then that's more than I thought it worth? Gonna consider sticking on eBay? But so want to enjoy the bike in summer, but after that bike prices drop!!!

fitted some handguards today..even match the bike colour :p personally i think it finishes off the front end very nice. And they are metal/plastic wraparound too ,not those flimsy plastic ones -more protection!

Engine now fully run in- and sounds rather nice when giving it some..not put my dep pipe on yet..although i am deciding if i should buy a brand new Giannelli pipe and silencer and fit that? or keep my welded up DEP front pipe??

Looking great, do those hand guards keep your hands warmer deflecting the wind on these cold mornings?

not really that cold yet to appreciate them..but i wear winter gloves anyways..i expect it would offer some protection-much better than having nothing there though. just received my new disc locks and big ass chain for my anchor point- so can sleep much happier instead of waking up to every noise...as it no longer resides in my dining room now its completed..lol only soo much nagging a man can take off the wife!!

Whats the performance gains to be had with the giannelli?

Personally i'd stick with a chrome dep or failure to that a nice arrow systen.

Well arrow and giannelli are made in same factory...performance wise not sure...but they are highly recommended as a good pipe.

You have to remember that even the slightest angle difference in taper of the expansion pipe will have massive effect on its performance.

well ordering some cagiva mito wheels next week- the 3 spoke type- gonna get them painted white or blue...not sure yet

then time to get them fitted up...the wheels are pretty cheap on ebay-just need to get some decent tyres on after, but first will be to get spacing correct and get mount made for brake caliper

Go for white on the wheels or the blue will be over powering. :)

Did you get the new pipe?

yep agree gonna go for white when i get them fitting right....was also thinking of white rear panels instead of blue? trying to picture how that would look? only because i refuse to pay £30+ for 2 stickers that will make the panels nearly all white!!!
