Apologies guys. Been a bit of a hectic time recently and lots changing. Also having taken up motocross, my time has been consumed by work on those and any other spare time....riding the yz lol!
I did fire her up once when i got it but it sounded rough and definitly needs work. I'm ordering all the parts to do a bottom end rebuild today and will be getting it rebore with new piston etc.
I'm contemplating going the whole hog and stripping it completely back and powder coating and doing everything. Maybe as a keeper bike and long term investment.
The engine will be done fairly soon I think but the bike is going into storage soon and I'm not sure when I'll finally get around to doing the rebuild.
I really want to get my DT200WR / WR200 on the road and again I'm contemplating a total strip down to allow a frame powder coat. I also want to buy a project RD350 ypvs and do a full rebuild.
I'm working loads at the moment as I'm trying to move out of my parents and so am frantically trying to save for a deposit for a mortgage. Will keep and update on how things are going and any more progress.
Oh and not to mention I'm currently part way through rebuilding my brothers DT125R that he has had off the road for years.
Way too much on the list and way too little time to do it! Isnt it always the way though!?!?!?
