****!
No mate. Never even fooking crossed my mind!

Ah for fook sake!

No mate. To be fair it's going to be trial and error mate. I've got to go as small as possible on the front and as big as possible as possible on the rear. Otherwise it's going to be slow as fook!

My dad said we should just make one bradders.

Custom sprockets. Mate. It'll be trial and error. And it's going to be fun. I don't mind spending money if there's a result at the end of it. It will all be here. Whether I do it first or you do.

Either way keep us all informed!

mate you might want to cut the bottom wire tie off your fork socks so they don't bunch up and crease like mine ended up doing

Fitted it with a chain today and actually went up the road on it. First time in 6 months.

Still needs a bit of work done to it. Got no pressure in the front brake. The rear is excellent though. Can't wait to get the front sorted.

The bike feels like it needs a very good look over and a few links taken out!

Lol. The gearing that I've got seems good mate. Didn't take the bike past twenty but the gearing seems good. 40 might not pull very well. But I'll be getting my bike all legit in a month. So if its before you MaTe I WILL LET YOU KNOW! Well excited now. So close.

More photos and descriptions added.

Mainly the vapor installation. And a few stickers added to the wheels.

What the bearing cup?

I've written up a separate thread to refer to under USD's mate. Instead of sifting through all that junk. You can literally just look through a few images instead.

Now I've done it, it really isn't all that. The hardest part was making sure that the front and rear wheel were in line. I was extremely lucky that it worked out semi alright on its own.

I needed to machine down the rear brake bracket and that was about it. Everything else sorted itself out.

it's imperitive that you make sure that the rear and front wheel are inline. Otherwise the bike will handle like a turd on wheels.

 Hello,

not sure what you means by did i adapt the rims myself. Please elaborate?

The sprocket i bought from a seller on eBay called arracing. They are renthal sprockets. 46 rear 12 front i think. Can double check for you. Mabye 11 tooth.

I know mate. But they make em that size so it must be alright. It won't pull any bigger sprocket. Just struggles to pull in the higher gears.

Easy enough to have your own sprocket made enny if you really want a bigger front 520 sprocket.
