It's almost done, just need to get the fecking wiring problem sorted.
It started life as a shed of a TDR 125 and has slowly been made how I wanted it. New engine from an 07 DTRE and fitted a KTM exhaust. Boyesen power reeds and modded manifold. DID wheels and Talon hub (front). WP front end from a KTM SXF250
Pretty pleased with the results so far. I've orederd a better graphics kit too, so no more trying to hide the KTM logo :)
Not a great deal to be fair. I had to grind the linkage to fit into back part of the engine but other than it it pretty much went straight on. Getting a few washers to make it fit snug made all the difference.
It's pretty surprising how much lighter the aluminium swinger is.
Don't suppose you have any information on how you fitted the swingarm do you fella? I'm buying a wr450 one but don't want to if it's a complete ballache?
