danny ,take that crank to the rebore place get it split and change the big end bearing and change your mains this will cost you £70 with the bearings dont risk it ive done it before read my threads its shocking you will be so pissed when all your mates are out and about and your bikes sat under tarpaulin do it the right way first time if you just try and free up that crank youl kick yourself honestly split the whole thing to a million pieces and start again

I guess its been left outside overnight like this. Your main bearings can easily seize up overnight with the topend off the engine especially in this very cold overnight weather with condensation getting into them it turns to rust as soon as it drys when the temp rises just like on car brake discs. You can try turning the crank back and forth with a bit of oil poured down the crankcases and you might be lucky.

Seeing as you went 2mm oversize, did you ream out the head gasket, sort the head out to balance the added 2mm rebore? also did you shave the powervalve to suit? or are you pinning it open,

Did you take the inlet manifold off. The gasket MUST be renewed. You can cause an air leak which will cause premature wear to the cylinder. Make sure you're using the right plugs.

Did you check the piston ring end gap.

Are the head bolts torqued up.

Are you using the right plug. You're not using that old plug are you?

Coolant. Have you got gearbox oil? Did you make sure you used plenty of two stroke on the rebuild. Did you use low grade mineral oil

have you got a spark? id also suggest turning the oil pump up to be on the safe side

can you get a video of what it does when you try to start it?
