I can't find the link (its not sticky'd ) don''t suppose you have the link handy ?? i did msg NEV cpl of weeks ago but hes not been online for a while, i found pic of his on google of the dtr single pot caliper adapter on a DTX wheel/Big disc but the one for the Brembo caliper wasn't available :( , WR125x forks look similar and there were a few on ebay not so long ago but i don't want to throw money away if the caliper holes are off

Best just making your own.

Place the brake near the existing bracket. Push it all the way on and make a cardboard template. Then just trim it down to a pleasing look.

Depends what you make it out if. Ideally 5mm -10mm stainless steel. Although that said mine is like 5mm ally. Seems to be holding up alright.

To be honest mate you don't want to tap the bracket. Put a nyloc nut behind it.

Thanks to you both you really have saved me alot of money here which is very much appreciated and i can't thank you both enough for that, this bike is going to look BAD ASS once finished , im going to mod my fender and make a custom vinyl decal for tail/side panels and im looking at splashing £70 on my rear light (Extremely low profile yet extremely bright), i need to think of a name for my monster now im gonna call it "Ting Ting" lol

Aye, thanks from me as well fellas. Will be making one up soon, managed to pick up a YZF R125 caliper for £25 to complete the bikes SM conversion. Got a piece of 10mm ally knocking around but it seems a bit overkill in the thickness, its also only 50mm wide so would need to recalculate the disc radius in order to move them round some. I'm still thinking 50mm is a bit too narrow to fit though so will probably order some more ally.

I'm thinking of going for the 8mm thickness just to be on the safe side, though you reckon 6mm say would do the job Calum?

Also, does anyone happen to know off hand what size bolts are needed? I'm guessing M8s with standard thread?

My aprilia ones were M8. My bracket is like 7mm thick. Seems alright. Playing it safe though. Would rather steel lol.
