Hi I'm also interested I'm a zeeltronic but I worry about wiring it. Up ,  I see you can buy a powervalve adjuster separate or a cdi/pv adjuster

I am not sure if the pv adjuster is part of the cdi or separate

I have 2003 loom on my dt, would the wiring work?

Louis give skellerns in cheltenham a ring. And ask them. If they don't know they will find out. I've ordered mine from them and have reccomended it to others since my setup is your normal dtr setup they're going to great lengths to try and figure it out for me. What i can do and whether it'll work.

They're a Yamaha specialist so they can check for you.

Been speaking to zeeltronic,  they said 7hp gain and the handheld programmer looks the **** ;) they can provide connectors but I hope all the wires will match

How much did they charge for cdi/pv adjuster and handheld programmer

This is the reply they sent me I told them about my conversionHi,

Great work you did on your DT125.

As DT125 has long trigger bar on the flywheel you will need to use our

dc-cdi PDCI-11VT. It it supplied only from 12V.

If the It the woodruff key is at same position, then static angle for

original DT125 should work, but you should check it anyway.

Correct ignition map should make big difference. On a original DT125RE

engine is possible to get about 7hp gain only with correct ignition map.

PDCI-11VT can be programmed with handheld programmer and PC,

Prices:

PDCI-11VT 237,90euro

handheld programmer bat. 59,78euro

PC-USB programmer 48,80euro

ZeelProg CD 1,22euro

shipping with registered post 15,00euro

Shipping with TNT (1kg) 28,00 (shipping time 1-2days)

£160 for the cdi and powervalve controller. And £60 for the programmer.

That's good I spoke to borat at the company and he said he could make it plug in and play,  if I send him pics of the connectors but surely my loom is different than yours

I have a 3rm-20 Im not good at wiring diagrams that's my Achilles heal

What is a cdi used for?

It just controls the spark. So it doesn't relly matter that you have a different loom. You just need it to plug
Into the engine so you can change the spark advance. Everything else like lights can remain as they are.

I'm pretty sure all my lights, switches, sidestand switch etc all link into my cdi,  I haven't. Really looked at a diagram but it's a whole can of worms

Yes. They all loop into the cdi but they are not controlled by it. So

You would have to speak to zeeltronic about that i think. There are some uncertainties about what powervalve the cdi can handle.

I drove 20 miles a day. Parked Bike and wanted to change Carburator Mixture next day. But bike dosnt starts anymore...

I send it to borut in slovenia.. he sais there was a problem with a voltage peak when starting bike.... He Build in a protection for CDI.
I should get it back next week!

I used the time to fit the FMF Pipe to the bike and did a few optical things.... Now im thinking about a KTM LC4 Fork... but this will take a while...
