Yeah well done mate. That's the one i bought. I had to speak to the seller to see if he could get some in. And he is located in Latvia so took a few weeks to arrive. Therefore not readily available and thus hard to get.
Ive got a Wossner conrod kit in mine now. But I did snap my OEM conrod, it doesn`t happen very often but like whats been said already OEM conrods are strong anyway
Found a firm over here called ORO2U.com, They stock the Wossner conrod, checked the part number against that one on ebay and they're the same (P2050).
Con rod is £63.64 inc VAT
They do the Wossner forged piston as well which is £79.58 inc VAT
But if you're on a bit of a budget, PJ engineering sell a conrod by a company called "Long", more than up for the job and made in Japan etc. That's £46.44 inc VAT
The Wossner rod and piston are 'Forged'. This means it's tougher than an un forged rod or piston. Better for racing etc but not necessarily better than a cast piston/rod for road applications. The Mitaka piston and Long con rod will be more than good enough for using the bike on the road.
I however will be using Wossner products as I'm hoping to squeeze as much power as I physically can out of the DT without screwwing up the reliability too much.
Much-o dyn-o time-o haha
