RS is a bag of shíte then mate.

There is no way A DT will beat one of them when they're in good condition.

Unfortuantely this is getting sold. Intend on doing some GoPro'ing before it goes. Show the comaprison of this and MY dt.

I reckon the Red hybrid will eat up a few RS's Cal, they won't know what I got under my arse, as far as they're concerned its just a full powered DTR

Nev, you'll be leaving Rs' in 3rd gear on your hypbrid mate, don't worry about that ha.

A well setup de-restricted DT can still give some Rs' a run for their money, trust me wink

I think the Black/Green bike has had an RS in the past Enny, certainly looked like one in the rear view mirror, he was giving it the biggun at some traffic lights, just took off couldn't keep up,

All I know is that no matter how well I ride I cannot keep up with it.

Look I'll get a GoPro up and you'll see. I'll be interested in seeing what the tzr is like. If it's anything like the RS then I will be smiling all day long. Because they are a cracking 125.

My mate had an rs125 and my dt kept up with it. And I though that was how rs's was. Until my brother got his and sorted it out properly. And I've never beaten him. Off the lights/round the bends/ in a straight.

I'll be sure to get a GoPro up before he sells it.

At the end of the day a dt125 is never going over 100 mph so a rs 125 will always win

and the riding pisition let's you actualy put the power down

Correct me if I'm wrong here Cal, but haven't you yourself admitted you're not the best rider?

A bad rider on a good bike will never beat a good rider on a bad bike, in my opinion anyroad

I'm no GP rider. And I can't ride off road. But I can open the throttle up and change gears instantly. I'm not special. I just don't brag about being able to wheelie and do stoppies and dangerous riding.

I can shift when I need to. Just don't push my chances.

But I'll do the vid with me on the RS and my brother on the DT. Whom is a far superior rider than me.

whats up with ur handle bars m8 their like Harley 1s lol. and tbh a rs 125 is a lot faster than a dt125r when the rs is derestricted but as nev said a good driver on a slow bike will always beat a bad driver on a fast bike

like this kid on a r1 couldn't even leave a saab lol a good driver would of left him in about 30s. I could of left them on a tec 125 http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=z3_uNNoTALM

Nice Danny. You should get some tie-straps and get them wires tied to the frame to make it look neater. Doesn't suit it having messy wiring hanging lol

Narrowed down my ain problem of it bogging out only when i get low on fuel like if go near half a tank it will bog out only at high speed or when ive been revving high for a while. so i took my fuel tap off and the filter has split so im thinking its clogged inside

Yeah mate that is much sweeter.

I don't know how big that is but i'm sure it's below legal limit. I'm not having a go I'm just saying DO NOT RIDE ILLEGIT! They'll pull you for the numberplate then do you for everything else. I've been pulled for no L plates but still had insurance MOT/TAX and just got a slap on the wrist. Thankfully!

But if something else was a miss then I don't know but my guess not so lucky.

Looks better though.

As said it's not really the pulling I'd be concerned about. It's just if you're not 100% legit.

TBH even if everything was legit and it came back on the po-po's database as untaxed etc they'd look for an excuse to pull you anyway.

If I was riding illegally, my number plate comes straight off. No number plate then boom feds try and pull you, bye-bye feds hah.

What happens if you just register it to a fake name, at a mates/family friends address who will play dumb.

With tax/mot and insurance in your own name. Would you ever get any bother from speeding cameras or failures to stop?

Or would they track down whoever is insured on the bike?

good luck with that!! and when you crash, kill or injure yourself or anyone else or damage someones property and then realise your not covered..will it be worth while??

they will come after whom is insured as well as chase the registered keeper! ...having myself pursued someone through an insurance claim who did the same!

uhhhm how would you not be insured... did you not read the part where i wrote " and insurance in your own name" thus covering you??? nothing wrong with not  being

the registered keeper as far as i'm aware, my question was pretty clear... sorry you got bumped but no need to jump down my neck

Easy to say on a 125 with 15hp with rubbish brakes,

but not on a real bike where you can easily find yourself

cruising corners at 50+

the part where you said register it to a fake name etc??...by declaring it to a fake name, person address( as the insurance ask if your the reg keeper) then you are infact invalidating your insurance= no insurance if found out!

I know you dont have to be reg keeper to insure-but start giving other fake details and you will end up on Scheiße street :p My answer was pretty clear.. i have chased someone through the claim process due to them doing what you wanted to know...so speaking from experience you will get found out if anything happens. Doesnt bother me what you choose to do- you asked, i answered :p
