they will still come after both! if they get no joy with reg keeper then the bike/car will show on insurance database-they will then come for insured. Although any notification/court demands etc go to the reg keeper you will then open a big can of worms :p

Shít. that's not good mate. Might need to revert to the old one now. that's not going to be very good for performance.

You need to be careful mate. Hope it doesn't knock your confidence too much.

Changing the tyres soon and yeh we did mask it up but it seeped through and going down a straight in a car park and at the end theres like a t junction so i slowed down the audi behind me was up my arse and when i slowed down he hit me and knocked me clean off my bike. he wanted me to go half on the damage to his car i said no. when i threatend him withg going through the insurance he went ill buy you a new lid and jacket.

Not much damage to the bike bent the grab rail and snapped my reg in half

you'd be very silly not to go through insurance pal... you could claim for jacket and helmet anyways as part of it. get ball rolling and register with your insurance mate. you'd be also able to claim for side panels etc and your injuries too... easily a minimum grand there!

I'd check if he has insurance first. Sounds a little off here. If he has no insurance go to the police. It's a crime not giving your insurance details out (I think).

Can get a new tail and number plate through insurance as well. Make sure you go through HIS insurance and not your own! Or you'll be claiming off your own instead of his. ;)

Also how is your sore back and neck? That whiplash ought to be looked at! winkwinkwinkwink

no you claim through your own insurance and let them do the work. if he is at fault then it will come off his insurance and not yours. need to get it done ASAP pal.

gone are those days of settling without insurance! too many dodgy people out there will end up messing you about.

Got something like three years to claim.

And don't go through yours, just ring his up and tell them the story. His rear ended him, the Audi driver is banged to rights, not even a 50/50 responsibility. Rear ending = driver is driving without due care & attention.

trust me pal as someone who worked as a broker for few years... rear ended does not always mean all other parties fault!.

Danny trust me pal don't sidestep your own insurance out of this.. if it goes pear shaped then you'll have job on your hands!

Doesn't look that bad. A little oily but not the end of the word. I take it that's iridium?
