Front brake pulse

Hi all

Got a bit of an issue with a 1991 dt125r front brake.

The bike is fitted with stainless hoses, has had a new disc, pads, and we are getting a slight pulse on the brake lever when riding and the brake is pulled. The new pads and disc have not cured it.

I have had the caliper apart and everything is clean and free. All i can think of now is that the disc is not flat to the wheel hub or the calliper has some issue i cant spot ? any other thoughts?

Have read it, just don't have much to say. It's hard since you're running new components. Maybe warped disc. I don't know. How severe is It?
