Not exactly a projet ive had it years, its probably older than most of the forum members on here. just been blowing the cobwebs off her and getting her fired up from her retirement. Poor old girl...........

Looks very clean!

What do you do when you buy the project bikes. Cause you never keep them but when you buy them are you increasing the ownership? You can sign another part of the slip that doesn't increase the number of owners.

I do keep them, ive had this one years Cal. They are registered to me so I can tax them. I do use them in the summer, well I did a few years back before my heart trouble. Its only the DTR,s I don't keep I do them just for the sake of saving them. You could not build a 79 DT175 like this anymore you could not get the bits these days. You could not get them when I did this one years ago.

Nah Cal, there is no point what's one more owner on the logbook of an old DTR I just sorn them and that's that really. You need to be a VAT registered trader to stick the Yellow part of the logbook back to DVLA I think.

Yeah fair enough. I have dealt with some 'traders' that don't do that. Dodgey as fook, so at least you do it properly.
