Had my DT almost a year now and it's going brilliant! Apart from a couple of crashes hahaha

Just wanted to start a post with some of the changes i've made and see what you guys think.

Also any suggestions for what to do next will be great :)

Sorry for the quality in some of the pictures btw they've been taken with my crappy tablet camera.

This was when I first bought it last year, first thing I did was get rid of the ugly mirrors, indicators and tail

Next thing I did was got some renthals and grips. Also had to change the indicators back as the mini ones were ****

and broke.

Ordered some polisport handgaurds!

Then got slightly ran over by a car:L and had to change back to old tail and tape my numberplate to my bag lol

And this is today, just finished putting on new indicators, tail tidy and ma sexy hpires. Also stubbied my

dep a few days ago as you can see in the picture. I was surprised when I started the bike after and it sounds

exactly the same :L anyone know why that could be?

Also got some video goggles I ordered off amazon but they're not working at all :( Should hopefully post some

videos when I get a replacement.

i think it would look alot better with black, silver or titanium coloured bars with some nicer grips mate, just my opinion though

looks 100x better with the smaller indicators and them big giant square ones gone lol

everyone's got their own opinion, im gonna keep them blue though cause I want the bike to be black/blue eventually
yeah the old ones are horrific haha. New ones I've put on don't work though think I need a resistor/relay not sure.

they dont work because the relay needs a load on it to switch on/off like indicators do.

you either need a relay specially for LED indicators OR you can add resistors to put a load on them making them flash.

Tom :)

good mate! keep your battery topped up if you leave the bike for any length of time, thieves are everywhere!

keep the alarm on all the time too.

Will do! I ride it everyday so hopefully it won't drain the battery too much
Yeah loads of chavs by my house who would love to steal my bike that's why I bought a huge chain lol

i use chains, disc locks and TWO alarms, one alarm powers itself and one is powered by battery, so no chance of them snipping the wires to shut it up

im considering a second ground anchor, one for each wheel and bigger chains too

Got some more stuff done recently.

-Cut down my rear panels, didn't do a great job but will sand them down soon and might spray them.
-Polished my dep end can a bit.
-Fitted a new Michelin ac10.

Now just waiting for my cnc brake/clutch levers to turn up :)
Next things I have planned are
-HEL brake lines
-DEP expansion
-Polisport MMX
-New mudgaurd

Looking really nice that. Definitely in agreement in changing the front mudguard, and probably some Acerbis neoprene fork socks to protect the forks from road crap getting into the seals.

Thanks guys, not too fond of the forks though they make the front end so low. I'm going to buy some dtr ones and make up a bracket so I can use the brembo brake with them. Will be ordering an sm mudgaurd at the end of this week :)
