i put a complete dep pipe on my yamaha dtr 125 and OMG i didnt think it would make such a difference - 60 seems to take no time at all now (havent timed it) and it sounds like a motorcross bike really tinny and sound beutiful when you get to around 7 - 7500 RPM . My main powerband used to be from 6500 to 9000 - 9500...

Im looking for an RE exhaust but im confused. Mine has been cut and i pressume derestricted,but it doesnt quite meet the manifold and the bracket/flange doesnt tighten fully.It seems that when it was welded back together it was not quite in place as everything seems stressed. my dep expansion chamber has got a hole in it does anybody know if its ok to weld it or if puttin some liquis steel on it would be better, i would buy a new one but im skint at the minute lol

I have a DEP silencer fitted to a standard pipe and the part that slips over is bigger than the pipe, i think it had some rubber there but it has perished. What do other people use to fill this gap.??

Just got a Full DEP system for £90 second hand, hardly been used but a few little dints Does the Headers need a Gasket and Do i need to rejet the carb? Theres a leaflet that came with the exhaust and it said the DEP works best with the standerd Jet in.

My mate is Selling Full DEP Exhaust for £100 and is in Mint condition, Question is Shall i gut my Front pipe and buy just the End pipe or Get the Full system? Is it really worth the Extra Few quid for the front pipe.

Lo guys after pinning the PV open on the DT the bike is just to loud with the shortened DEP silencer and tecno front pipe, basically im looking for a full length DEP silencer again to make the bike quieter. Is anyone selling a 2nd hand DEP or want to swap for a shorter silencer? Craig.

On my bike i have a stardard front pipe and one of the smaller baffles came loose and i managed to pull it out, i have a dep silencer. Would this help performance much? as i would have thought it would mess up the air pressures a bit. My bike is only slightly faster then my friends derestricted dtx with stand...
