after fitting a 28mm flatside after changing from some bottle lid carb i just cand get it to run right it just revs right up its not the air or idel screw any guesses guys seems a waste to bin it wen iv just bought it

ok my engine says 3BN also does my head, but my barrel says 3MB ??? is this right or not and any one know the dates of these numbers???

finally got round fitting a better carb on my dt upgraded 2 mm fited it after a long process of starting it i noticed it was chucking fuel out of the overflow under the carb and at low revs cutting out but wen i hit the power valve made a big diffrence so really want to get it working :)

i see alot of people say there bike do 80 , 90 some 100 but i can seem to get mine 1990 to budge over 70 and from 65 to 70 it seems to struggle any ideas to get quicker ?????

Hi all, I am after some sprockets which will give me better top speed, I can get 80mph but that is screaming the bike, it sits nicely at 60mph on the way to work. 70 is in the powerband abit too. Hi guys i have a 1988 dt125 lc that splutters in the low revs then clears in mid range then splutters again in the higher revs. I have just had the barrel rebored, fitted a new coil and battery, the carb has been cleaned and the reed valve has been checked. when i took the bike out the other day it started fine...

Hey again guys! More problems now :( Serious cold starting difficulty, upon first attempt to start the bike revs to around ~3000rpm (with choke) as it should, then bogs out and dies.. Try kicking it again with the same choke position it'll hit about 1000rpm and bog out... and throttle use and it floods...

bought a second hand 2 stroke pump fitted to my bike how much 2 stroke should it pump ? constant or dribble ?????

just put new piston and rings in and theres a slight rattle/vibrating noise coming from the top end ?? anyone else got this or had it havent rebored the barrel still standard 56mm pistin is a nice fit, it goes away when im hitting roughly 6k rpm or its still there and i cant hear itover my dep lol any ideas ??...

Think my bije could do with a ring change as there only seems to be one ring on the piston i see piston kits on ebay ? non genuine will they wear quicker do they still wear the same ?

just fitted a new 2 stroke pump to my 1990 dtr and people say the pipe go into in inlet manafold but i have no nippe for it to go too , were my friends newer bike does were does my one go all i can see it a clean gold nipple on the carb ???

i recently got a dt and i decided to change the oil after doing this and running the bike i noticed the engine oil has gone milky white? any ideas what this is...this is my first 125 2 stroke bike and to what i have read its something to do with water what am i best to do? any checks i can do myself?
