so won a complete front end earlier for 38 squid lol all looks in good nick will see when it turns up, comes with all front breakl aswell so that some work took out the equasion, plus drz 400 sm front light & cowling ! but all good should be on soon enuff will get some pics on soon in nxt day or 3

Just replaced my fork seals and dust seal however after rebuilding them i noticed they sound quite weird as in like its sucking fluid within the forks if that makes any sense, there all tight and no air is getting in ?

Apart from they have different subframes (seperate part) the actual frame looks similar and i just looked at some full yokes on ebay from a wr450 and they look very similar to the dt's?!?! Just...

i started to buy the parts to do a usd conversion. but thats as far s i got. would you be able to do the work on the yokes and steam. and how much could you carge to do it? if not able to do it it not a problem ill just give the forks to who ever buys the bike when i sell it. thank for any reply eather way.

Front forks stiff after rebuild??

Just installed new oil and dust seals with some fresh 10w castrol fork oil. The problem is the forks now sag about 2 inchs with no load, and also alot stiffer then before. Oil level is correct 165mm oil level from botton like the manual says....so WTF is going on?
