DT125R ARCHIVE

i've tried everything including adjusting the carb cleaning the airfilter, changing the sparkplug. and the bike still has a hard time reving past 6000 rpm i dont think it's time for a rebuild bc the bike has only 7000 KM on it. if someone could help me to solve this problem it would be highly appreciated...
