Snapped oil bolt

neutral and running issues

ok, I did post in the old newbie section about my bike but it's gone so....... 1991 dtr, fully derestricted with 8k on the clock. Runs ok but smokes badly over 40mph, can't get neutral unless you turn the engine off, max I've had is 60mph going downhill (ok so I'm no slim Jim at 14st but it's still rubbish)....
