It's miles out you can't bolt the flange down flush with the engine as the spanny touches the frame and pipe that come from the silencer is not curved enough and the silencer sticks out from the frame by a couple of inch's I've checked and its definatly the right exhaust for 2003 dtr and not dtre. So my dep end can pipe was I thought beyond repair but my mate at work said he could fix it for me , he has sleeved pipe n welded it all up on the ends . Nice job imho as I aint no welder

So I've heard that you can make a stock exhaust louder if so how and also a video of a decatted exhaust to see if its a bit louder hate a bike which isn't load.

Right... so im still planning on a 170 bore for a bit more bottom end poke, and i want a new exhaust too. Imthinking of either going for dep or gianelli. What do you think will give the most power?? I know dep have the name and are the most popular. Cheers

hey guys would a crack near where the expansion meets the back part of the exhaust cause power issues ?

So one of my studs is missing tried putting a 13mm bolt in but slips out waiting on me step dad to come with helicoil but could be a long time ! So just wondering if it takes a 14mm bolt or the correct stud size if I were to buy a helicoil kit as can't afford to waste any more money and might just be i'm using wrong s...

I'm looking to get a new exhaust for my dt. I don't care about performance, I want to know which exhaust will rust the least? What can I do to prevent the new exhaust rusting? Cheers

Quite simply, what's better - a dep expanny or a gutted standard? The gutted standard is half the price of the dep??
