Hi guys, I want to know if you can fit a 2003 or earlier DTR tank on a 2006 DTRE? The plastics seem a little bit light and not good and mine is just a little bit beaten up, dents and stickers all over it! :L I want to know if an older tank will fit and if so will the old style plastics fit over the front of the bike als...

ok ive took everything from a 2006 dt and put it on two a 2000 frame my problem is theres no where to bolt the overflow bottle as frames are different can i run without overflow or is that a no ??? please help

just stripped back a old tank I had in shed not sure why as not thinking of useing it and not sure what to do with it now lol may stick it on eaby see if it sells lol

might sound stupid asking this but hay ho,One of my tanks threads which helps to hold the panel in place is fooked as the bolt won't tighten now and was wondering if its possible to make a new thread as I'm having to use a cable tie to secure the panel?? Lol cheers Noob

Need a new cap but not paying Yammy £60 for one, has anyone gotten one from Weemoto or similar? Only reason I ask is I bought a pattern ignition from them and had to re-wire it due to bad workmanship. Want to know if the cap is worth it.

Just wondering as most manufacturors seem to laquer over decals, im looknig at getting my tank powder coated, will they remove the decal's before hand or will the powercoat just go over the top? just thinking as less hours = less money!

I got a quote for the frame to get sandblasted and painted for about 80 quid but they havent got back about the tank and i just wanted to see if anyone...

hi, just put my dt back to gether and started her up to make sure all the electrics were fine, atm the header tanks blanked off untill i get a new hose, whats the best way to rout it without kinks, im thinking that it goes through the holes in the frame under the fuel tank, will get a walk around video if anyone...

rite ive noticed theres a bit of rust on the corner of my tank and not sure what to do should i try and sort the rust out or would i be better getting a new tank, as far as i can see its not rusty inside soo i dont no what to do :S

heres my custom fuel cap i need to work it a bit so it turns and stops in the same position each time, i had to use a lath to fit it i know it wont lock so im only using it on bike nights

Hi, Im going to be getting a full set of blue plastics from the portugal guy in a week or so. Ive got two petrol tanks but both are in bad condition. So i want to spray one yamaha blue, But how do i find the paint? or has anyone got a tank in good nick?
