This little dep took me 5 yes 5 hours with just t cut polish n a few cloths but the results were worth it i think but next time methinks its gonna be a drill n a buffin wheel

Whenever i i give my bike a good thrashing normally down my local bypass on the way home from work when i stop to and go to put the bike away the silencer has smoke billowing out of it the other day it was doing for about 10 mins i ending up spraying a small mist of water into it to put it out i was thinking of repac...

As above Wheres the best place to buy a dep expansion chamber for for the RE? Know i posted it in my wanted thread but im pretty sure not all users would look in the thread if they arnt able to offer an RE exhaust ;) Cheers

Hi ppl can anyone tell me the correct diameter gasket size that fits into barrel to seal exhaust ? dunno if it matters but got full DEP system on n its blowin now ... thanks DOO

Would a DEP silencer fit an Athena expansion chamber?

they also made procircut but no longer produced fmf is £30 cheaper not sure which one looks and performs better, but the FMF is a wierd shape

Managed to get a chrome dep exhaust for the dt. Guy down the breakers offered to swap my standard one for a full chrome dep system :D Only thing is it splutters top end now, does the jetting need to be changed at all? Guessing it's running a little lean as it didn't do it before. Cheers

Fitted the Dep wasnt as strait 4ward as i expected either ! but why do they make the joint to silencer solid so u cant clamp it up ? Ive a **** load of exhaust gas blowin out the joint any ideas how to seal it just in case my idea doesnt work? Ive filled it all round wiv manifold gasket sealant and sez cures in 24...

went to adrenalin ped shop in barnsley today n picked up a new DEP front pipe ,fittin it tomorrow will take a few pics n post em asap !!

had some carbon look 3m sheet nocking about so trimmed 2 inch off the dep and gave it a new look found some old school dep stickers 2 ! looks bit better now

will standard studs be ok on fittin the DEP as my studs come out the barrel but the nuts wont come off the studs , so wot im askin is will i get the exhaust to tighten up usin my existin studs wiv stuck nuts ??

Guys, I`m fitting a full DEP to a DT X RE SM 2004. Dep supply 4 x 8mm washers and I believe they fit 2 each side. One on the outside of the flange and the other on the inside of the flange i.e cylinder/washer/flange/washer/nut. Is this correct? From what I see, there is no clamp or exhaust seal on the Dep wh...

as above i cant get the pissin flange to seal on the barrel had it on and off 4 times, gaskets & sealer gum gum any one else had any bother wi sealing there dep? gonna have a drive round later find some thick gasket material try that

hi ppl av a 06 dtx wiv a dep end can & as my standard zorst is scroted i need a replacement , av been lookin at a dep system ! will it make any difference to my bike other than the sound ??? ps av servo wire earthed but thats all except a tail tidy i made at work :) dave tops out at indicated 75 as it stands hm...

So the story goes i have a dep down pipe but with a standard exhaust! It sounds fine & runs ok oviously but the thing is.. Would i get better performance if i was to get myself a dep can, Or will it just do bugger all? What's your opinions fellas?? Here's an image of the can i got on my dtr at the moment!

i striped and a cleaned my dep back box inside was a pipe and (some fluff ) lol i took it out re cleand and put back together will it sound better ??? havent tryed my self currently doing a top end rebulid

Hi all, i've been in my garage earlier looking at my existing end can which i thought was stock after cleaning all the crud off it says BS AU 193 : 1983 - T2 Then on the other side it says DT125R 89/00 so is this really a 1989 bike or a 1999 bike with an older exhaust on it??? im really confused now as in AJSutton...
