has anyone fitted a 38mm carb or is it just complete overkill? only problem i see is the inlet manifold? whats the biggest carb you know of on a dtr?

Right guys and girls... Stripped the my carb down tonight to completely clean it ready for the first start of me bike on Saturday... Checking over the screws the mixer screw is naff and all chewed up... Any tips on trying to get it out or will I need a new carb? Cheers in advance

so was talking to a family friend in the usa lastnite on fb whos bike shop has been hit by the credit crunch and been forced to close, i was asking about carb upgrades for 125s & he sed they used to sell carb upgrades and he has 5 carbs all 30mm in his unit says he would do me them for £40 each if i had them all!...

i have tried tappin the float bowl with the handle end of the screwdriver to try a free up the float incase its stuck but its still doing it it only does it when the bike is lent over on the stand as soon as you lift the bike up straight it stops can anyone help

I have a DT125 R, I think it's around 1999. I can't be sure as the vin's been removed. Don't worry - I bought it at a police auction. Think it was stolen/recovered or something.Anyway, I had to replace the radiator hoses, as they were a little tired looking and leaking slightly from the connections/nozz...

anyone got any racing reeds in ? im trying to decide weather to get hy-tech carbon fibre or boyesen duel stage ? anyone know the difference or what and whys better ? and also what the increased performance is like and also what if any difference it makes to fuel consumpsion ? cheers !
