hi folks i rebuilt my 1998 dtr but cant get it to start, its getting spark and is firin plenty o fumes comin out exhaust, not sure wot prob is, i got a carb from ebay but the pilot screw is mashed, would this be a reason for not starting? i am lost for ideas, major stressing out about it. please help Will try any...

misfire when holding the revs

As title says its fine when you pin it and when your slowing down but when you try to hold the bike at a constant speed its running ruff it does not matter what gear your in or how fast your going it just does not want to be held a a constant speed any help would be great thanks.

Well yet again my clutch cable decided to snap and by the looks of it my clutch arm has also decided to break, this is the second time this has happened in the last 2-3 months. theres got to be an underlying issue with this and i'm lost with what to do, anyone got any ideas? starting to really get aggregrated...
