hi folks i rebuilt my 1998 dtr but cant get it to start, its getting spark and is firin plenty o fumes comin out exhaust, not sure wot prob is, i got a carb from ebay but the pilot screw is mashed, would this be a reason for not starting? i am lost for ideas, major stressing out about it. please help Will try any...

As title says its fine when you pin it and when your slowing down but when you try to hold the bike at a constant speed its running ruff it does not matter what gear your in or how fast your going it just does not want to be held a a constant speed any help would be great thanks.

can you see the extra lip on top of my +1.50 piston . iv just noticed it with the barrel being overbored the 3mb head combustion chambers edge is visable inside the cylinder by the look of the piston its cut a line out where the lip in the barrel is visable this has gotta be why iv been through so many to...

Hello,I bought new piston with curved dome for my yamaha tzr 125rr ,the old one has flat dome.Cyl code is 4FUOO Y-2 ,cyl head code is 4FUO Y-3.Is this new piton going to be ok?Will it be to big compression?

Ok...so had a look a most of the hundreds of chain and sprocket threads and coukdnt find my answer..basically i bought a 13 tooth front sprok and fitted it yest...my chain was on tightness level 12.5 ish...but when i put the new sprok on...even when it was tightned to the max, the chain was still just too...

ok im riding a long and give it some beans, i usually take it up to the red lie 9k ad change up, but i have just noticed that if i hold it in gear after 9.5k it starts picking up again ?? til about 11k doesnt sould like its thrashing neither ?? help!!
